Warranty Policy

Asterra is bringing a new innovation to life with the support of our backers. To ensure fairness and sustainability for our startup, we are standardizing our warranty policy globally.

We provide a 1-year limited warranty for all Asterra devices worldwide.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and non-human-related hardware faults. It includes technical support and consultation throughout the coverage period.

Please note: As this is a Kickstarter reward and not a traditional retail purchase, this policy applies to all backers regardless of region. Normal signs of use (such as surface wear, battery aging) and issues arising from unauthorized disassembly are not covered.
